What you will be doing:

  • Working alongside with our other QA resources, and reporting to the CTO
  • Work on software test project from start to finish and own the manual testing process
  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual tests and test data
  • Experience in test plan, test scenario and test case creation
  • Writing clear and concise JIRA tickets, including stories, bugs, and tasks
  • Reviewing and analyzing results of test plans, test cases and exercises
  • Analyze failures and collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure the root cause is investigated
  • Prioritizing QA issues and facilitate issue resolution
  • Developing and maintaining QA guidelines and process documentation
  • Helping team to identify project risks and recommending actions to minimize risk


What you will bring in:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
  • 5+ Years of industry QA experience
  • Solid test plan and test cases creation and execution experience
  • Experience with various types of testing, for instance, regression testing, integration testing, ad hoc testing, feature testing, security testing, user interface testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, API testing, etc.
  • Monitor bug solution, efforts and track successes
  • Excellent attention to detail, with an ability to multitask
  • Strong experience in Jira and postman
  • Familiarity with current software design methodologies including Agile (Scrum) process
  • Experience in communication with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, and descript software product features and technical designs
  • User-focused and superb team player
