Senior Account Executive - Programmatic Trading Desk

Location: Boston, MA

My client is a leading programmatic trading desk company that provides cutting-edge adtech solutions to independent agencies and brands direct. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team and help drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and relationship management.


  • Develop and maintain relationships with key independent agencies and brands direct in the US market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Stay informed of industry trends and developments and share insights with clients and internal teams
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Support the implementation and management of client campaigns, providing guidance and recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and account management team to build a strong pipeline and increase sales efficiency


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on programmatic advertising
  • A strong network of contacts within the independent agency and brands direct space
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • A deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and industry trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
