As this Administrative Assistant & Office Manager, you will be at the center of fast-paced transformation, using innovative ideas and project management skills to support the Chief Corporate Strategy & Development Officer and the Chief Legal Officer.  This role will also play the role of Office Manager for the Denver office.


You’ll use discretion and diplomacy while working with leaders across the company, and your mastery of time management, planning, organization, and attention to detail will ensure flawless execution of multiple priorities.  The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated with exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, follow through and impeccable work ethic.




  • Schedule and coordinate complex meetings, bringing together geographically dispersed teams, managing logistics, and documenting meeting notes and follow up activities. 
  • Schedule all travel arrangements in Concur, including airfare, hotel, car service, etc.
  • Manage expense reporting, process vendor invoices, and support annual budget process.
  • Utilize the full suite of Microsoft office products to prepare high quality correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepares and reconcile expense reports in Concur Expense.
  • Develops and modifies new and existing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist in preparation for quarterly Committee and Board meetings when needed and serve as back-up system administer for Diligent board portal.
  • Manage internal and external communications including email correspondence, arranging conference calls, virtual meetings, preparing agendas and other communication materials for internal and external audience.
  • Assist in maintaining Board Governance documents as assigned.  Ensures all documents are properly retained in both paper format and in SharePoint library.
  • Administer e-signature documents and track completion.
  • Place catering orders for meetings.
  • Participate in cross-functional training and provide overflow and back-up coverage to other Executive Assistants.
  • Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, and overseeing supplies and equipment.
  • Purchase office supplies and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Manage vendors who serve the office and be primary point of contact for property management company.
  • Oversee office interactions, responding to employee requests and questions.
  • May provide other support tasks as needed or as requested by Executive Leadership team.
  • Target salary is between $80-98,000



  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 - 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast paced, dynamic, corporate environment supporting senior level executives.
  • Must work with a high degree of autonomy in an agile work environment.
  • Ability to take initiative, see the big picture and follow-through on requests until completion.
  • Proficient in Outlook and calendar management with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other communication tools.
  • Familiarity of video conferring software such as Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in administrating documents in Adobe Acrobat Sign.
  • Familiarity with Diligent Board portal desired but not required.  
  • Proficient in Concur travel and expense
  • Self-motivated; acts independently and prioritizes appropriately; embraces unexpected changes or challenges and drives to improved solutions.
  • Encourages team cooperation and fosters the development of trust. Goes beyond responsibilities to help teams accomplish tasks and goals.
  • Resourceful with strong project management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle heavy, complex scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and deadlines; highly organized, strong work ethic.
  • Notary Public desired but not required.
