Cannabis Products Outside Sales Manager

Exciting new Sales opportunity available with an innovative THC Brands company who is searching for a Sales Manager to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. The position will be based out of their headquarters in Culver City. Join them and enter a world of exciting opportunities in a high growth consumer facing industry.

What You Will Do (key responsibilities):

  • Own relationships with small and medium businesses across multiple verticals: developing, proactively supporting and growing accounts
  • Clearly communicate our brand value attributes and product offering
  • Set up merchandising, marketing and promotional plans with partner dispensaries
  • Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new offerings and product launches
  • Main point of contact for the resolution of all client issues
  • Utilize data-driven decision making to identify up-sell opportunities and improve the performance of our sales efforts
  • Work closely with Brand Managers on defining and executing revenue targets
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies with brand & marketing teams
  • Develop and track sales forecasts, communicate/coordinate actively with executive team on progress
  • Maintain awareness of customer Accounts Receivable past 60 days and coordinate with Finance team
  • Create internal feedback loop on customer needs to ensure continuous improvement in our product innovation and marketing efforts

What You Will Need

  • 2 years’ experience in B2B cannabis sales
  • Track record of having a measurable, transformational impact on revenue and growth in prior roles
  • Deep knowledge of the cannabis industry, its products and the supply chain
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Closer attitude: you always find a way to make the sale and get partners to YES
  • Ability to identify the needs of clients and develop solutions to solve those needs
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Passion and deep understanding of customer support
  • Technologically savvy
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Resilience, tenacity, & diplomacy (high EQ)
  • A passion for success balanced with a strong moral compass

Other Considerations

  • This role will require a high frequency of travel
  • Infrequently, the job may require physical lifting of product (samples of crates, trays, pallets, etc.)
