We are a fast growing e-commerce startup based in a beautiful WEWORK NY co-working space on Wall Street. We are looking for a customer support person, who manages inbound/outbound customer calls and emails, has great interpersonal skills, and can come into our office 3 days a week (24 hrs / week). This role is initially a part-time role that may convert into a full-time role in a few months. We are looking for someone who has experience working in a customer service role, preferably in the ecommerce and beauty industry, and is particularly good at managing customer queries and complaints and comfortable on the phone and over email
