We are looking for a customer support rep, who manages inbound/outbound customer calls and emails, has great interpersonal skills, and can come into our office. We are looking for someone who has experience working in a customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry, and is particularly good at managing customer queries and complaints and comfortable on the phone and over email. Should preferably have experience in shopify and netsuite, and should have worked with ecommerce companies before managing retail customer queries and escalations. We are looking for someone who is extremely good at customer service and can pick up on our ERP system quickly.
