A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
As an Assistant Client Relationship Manager, you are motivated to help create smooth, positive experiences for our clients. You are a helpful and friendly person who is happy to assist both our clients and your coworkers however possible. This is a highly communicative role in which you answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and send emails to our clients and vendors to schedule appointments and answer questions.
Attentive to detail, you help manage accounts receivable as well as create request tickets for our clients and work tickets for our field crews. You also perform various tasks around the office to assist your team such as making copies, typing documents, and lightly tidying the work area as needed. You find satisfaction in serving as a valuable asset to our company and our customers!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
- 1+ years of office experience
- Experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word or Google Docs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a landscaping or contracting office would be preferred but is not required. Knowledge about Aspire business management software would be a plus. Do you have exceptional verbal and written communication skills? Are you extremely organized? Do you have strong problem-solving skills? Can you maintain a professional demeanor while at work? If yes, you might just be perfect for this customer service position!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ASSISTANT CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
This position typically works Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
