Job Overview
Site Enhancement Services is currently seeking a Graphic Designer with a data centric skill set to join our consulting group. We are looking for someone who has the ability to coordinate and complete graphic renderings for an established client base. Primary responsibilities include completion of offerings, coordination and organization of account sensitive information and reporting to internal and external clients. This role requires continual learning and diligence to conduct business in accordance with established guidelines and company standards. Responsibilities and Duties
• Demonstrated experience creating print ready files from conceptual images
• Design and rendering of technical drawings, creative presentations, and sales presentations
• Brainstorming and problem solving with Project Coordinators
• Coordination with internal project teams to execute time sensitive materials
• Organize complex concepts and develop clear, concise presentations that support them
• Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and interpret engineering and architectural construction plans; Including the ability to work off of calculated scaling factors to verify the scale and fit of proposed signage
• Understand the use, creation, and application of aerial photographs
• Understanding of sign locations in the built environment, sight lines and visibility requirements, and flag tests for high rise signs
• Photo and data point survey interpretation
• Creation of custom signage renderings based on a clients rule set, but in line with local and regional regulations and requirements
• Coordination with field team and management to ensure proper collection of all appropriate data points
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all collected data


Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic skills in Auto-Cad, Sketch-Up 3D, and Adobe Go-Live or HTML editing
• Strong spatial awareness, design ability and aesthetic sense
• Advanced Excel/Access programing ability
• Understanding of Database Structure
• Understanding of trigonometry and basic calculus for proper implementation of formulas in a data centric environment
• Ability to problem solve and make sound decisions based off of client and project requirements
• Ability to maintain professional quality on all renderings and presentations
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and manage time and workload
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
