Seasoned Technical Project Manager with experience in IT Development projects.

Responsibilities:

Deep knowledge of all our tools and products we plan, develop and launch
Oversee development plans for the design, development, and support teams
Enhance project briefs into detailed specifications and success criteria for the design and development teams
Establish best practices for efficient team meetings
Develop and implement best practices working with Monday.com Work Management and DEV
Review allocations and work capacities while collaborating with other team leads in development to create detailed project plans from the estimated work scope
Establish and maintain expectations, timelines, and deadlines for Projects/Epics
Identify and resolve impediments to ensure the entire Product team is performing efficiently and cohesively while staying on deadline
Participate in creating and maintaining our application knowledge-based articles
Implement, improve on, and manage quality assurance processes and programs, as well as customer technical support processes and programs
Generate monthly and as-needed usage reports, bug reports and other statistics for our applications on a monthly and as-needed basis
Engage in general involvement and management in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, design, development, testing, releases, and support
