Position Description:The Senior Account Director, Conventional MDU Sales is an individual contributor with responsibility for effectively positioning and selling Single Digits solutions to strategic, conventional MDU (apartment) ownership, development, and management companies. Results are achieved through successful customer relationship development and management, strategic selling, and exceptional customer service. RequirementsDevelop and maintain trusted business relationships with decision-makers and key influencers at conventional MDU ownership and management companies in assigned territoryAct as a trusted advisor and the primary executive point of contact for Single Digits at these companies for strategic selling, communications, and customer satisfactionMaintain a rhythm of regular communications and in-person visits with customer executives who determine conventional MDU partner relationships and make buying decisionsParticipate and provide leadership in customer requested meetings and callsIdentify and drive strategic sales opportunities at targeted conventional MDU ownership and management companies to close new business and exceed assigned sales quotaDevelop and maintain a high value, named account list of targeted conventional MDU ownership and management companies in SFDC for the purpose of strategic sellingPerform strategic account planning and implement effective sales plans to penetrate target accountsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or universityFive years of technology sales and business development experience and proven track record of success in the conventional MDU sectorWorking knowledge of Internet, TV, VoIP, and IoT service solutions in the Conventional MDU sectorWilling to travel as required based on needs of the businessBenefitsFull Time PositionPaid Time Off (PTO) – accumulate up to 17 days per calendar year plus 9 holidays Medical (starting at $140/month for individuals)Dental (starting at $10/month for individuals)401(K) with a fully vested company matchVision discountsDomestic Partner benefitsVoluntary Life/AD&DLong Term Disability (LTD)Employee Assistance ProgramHealth and Wellness ProgramFlexible Spending AccountParental LeaveReimbursement PlansJob SummaryID: C76850800CDepartment: SalesType: full time
