We believe in always providing the best service and experience for our customers, and we know that starts from all levels of our organization. Someone who identifies themselves as a compassionate listener, empathetic, kind, and can bring understanding to each communication would be the perfect candidate to fulfill this role!Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls and emails from customers in a prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous manner while documenting all information into Salesforce.Provide support with troubleshooting of solar products by using general knowledge, product schematics, data stored in knowledge-base, and other sources of information available.Ensure all queries are properly analyzed, documented, logged, and resolved in a timely mannerProvide a high-level of customer satisfaction with the goal of creating an exceptional experienceGeneral understanding of Microsoft Office products and the ability to adapt to other computer systems quickly and utilize them simultaneously while on the phone with a caller.Effectively communicate technical information into simplistic terms.Respond to customers in a timely manner to communicate any updates.Required Skills and Qualifications:AA or technical degree or equivalent professional training.Two years' experience in a support center (call center) environment, technical helpline and/or remote support services.1+ years of Solar industry experience is highly preferred.Experience with Solar Edge products required.Spanish speaking is highly preferred, but not required.Salesforce experience preferredAbility to stay calm and demonstrate effective time management in a high stress environment.Strong typing experience.Exceptional listening and questioning skills.Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.What we're offering: $25-$35 per hour or depending on experience 100% Remote position Health Insurance - 90% of the Kaiser Silver plan paid by us.
