Job Description

Summary

The Director of eCommerce works through multiple channels of the company including our retail stores and our eCommerce platform to build a healthy B2B pipeline. The Director of B2B Sales will create the vision and follow through for a culture of enterprise sales that drives incremental revenue while exceeding customer expectations. The Director B2B sales must be a player/coach able to drive and close his/her own sales while building a culture across the company.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of three years of B2B sales in a technology industry
  • Must be able to track and report sales and financials on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis demonstrating wins and losses
  • Must have experience working within a retail industry demonstrating the ability to extract B2B leads from retail foot traffic
  • Drive strategic partnerships with brands like Apple, Meraci, Moshi, Twelve South, and others to grow the brand
  • Experience working with a government sales is a big plus in particular bidding on and winning technology sales
  • Understanding the integration of Macs into the enterprise environment not necessary but preferred

Success Includes

 

  • Meeting and exceeding forecasts for revenue and gross profit on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Creating a lasting culture around identifying, following up with, and closing business customer sales
  • Delivery individual results but not losing focus on creating a bigger picture for the company for long term success
  • Grow our B2B business into a major part of our company growth into the next several years

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 3 Years B2B Sales
