This position entails overseeing operations and staff, leading multiple departments.
· Implement company structures and work methods.
· Coordinate personnel and administrative operations to ensure day to day operations are fully functional.
· Consistently strive to improve existing operations.
· Oversee employee relations including hiring, training, discipline, termination, salary negotiations and problem resolution.
· Interface with merchants, confirm their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
· Confirm the accuracy and expediency of Collections department and resolve any delinquent accounts.
· Attend meetings with executive management to strategize short-term and long-term company goals and solutions.
· MCA or factoring required.
· HR and client relations aptitude.
· Operations and management skills.
· Salesforce experience a plus.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Professional and personable manner.
