We are currently looking for an entry-level individual with a customer service background for the full-time, Retail Customer Service Representative position. For this position, we have found that candidates who have worked in retail, restaurant, hospitality or customer service industries excel as they have the people skills to provide the “personal touch" that we are known for amongst our clients. We specialize in areas of customer renewal, customer retention and customer acquisition.

Approach customers and understand how needs can be met by products and services offered
Manage in-store service event

Retail Customer Service Position Requirements:
Must be able to travel to our office in Calgary on a daily basis
Candidates must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Must be looking for full time (40 hours a week)
Must speak English fluently
Experience in customer service and associated fields
