Essential Job Function:
The scope of the position includes ownership over roadmap, strategy, and vision of Salesforce Sales (Financial Services Cloud) and Digital Experience (Community) Clouds, as well as ancillary applications like Pardot, High Velocity Sales, and Tableau Analytics. You will first be tasked with creating in depth product backlogs and working closely with end-users to create fresh user stories. From there, you will be evaluating current systems and working with stakeholders to identify where solution redesign or system overhaul may be applicable and advantageous to the business. You will support the development, implementation, deployment, and adoption of SFDC products (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Digital Experience, Tableau, Pardot, High Velocity Sales, etc.) and other business tools (Synatic, BombBomb, Google Workspace, etc.). You should be passionate about delivering measurable results and enjoy working on a wide variety of projects in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and IT to identify and define a problem; collect and analyze data pertaining to it; evaluate current processes and procedures; prioritize current business needs; and collaborate to create SFDC solutions to meet these needs
Understand voice of business/users and understand business processes
Adheres to project implementation governance, and develops and maintains project plans, tasks, deliverables, dependencies and resource requirements.
Appropriately communicates project status, escalates issues, and manages timelines and action items.
Identifies opportunities for business process improvements and establishes effective and efficient processes, including prioritizing demand.
Works closely with the product team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution is delivered according to the specifications and implementation needs of the business.
Drives data integrity in Salesforce.com platform to support forecasting accuracy.
Evaluate features and solutions tactically and strategically, design solutions with entire enterprise in mind
Participates in special projects as. they arise, including compliance reviews, financial audits, and due diligence reviews.
Supports field organization analyze and develop solutions for our customers through business processes and technology improvement.
Collaborate with the various business units (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Business Development, etc.) to scope out future business use-cases
Gather and capture user requirements
Support product development and deployment process
Perform formal user acceptance testing
Stay current on new features, functionality, and application capabilities of Salesforce.com to address business requirements
5+ years' experience in back-office application Product Ownership (3+ years' experience with SFDC required)
Experience with Salesforce Sales and Digital Experience (Community) Cloud
Preferred experience with Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud
Proficient in creating product backlogs, user stories, product demos, and prototypes
Exposure to ETL tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica preferred
Comfortable with project management tools like Asana, JIRA, Confluence, Atlissan, etc.
Productive in an Agile/SCRUM environment and capable of leading SCRUM teams and/or Sprints as needed
High-level business acumen with the ability to liaise with non-technical end users as well as business stakeholders
Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, and/or Insurance industries preferred
Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is considered over certifications
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Sales Cloud Consultant
Experience Cloud Consultant
Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree, and Master's Degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
· Compensation based on experience
o Base: $125,000 - $150,000
o Annual Performance Bonus Target: 20%
