Position Title: Project Manager / M&A Analyst

Reports to: EVP

Essential Job Function: We are actively seeking a fulltime Project Manager / M&A Analyst to join our ever-growing team. The right person for the job is a highly motivated self-starter that can manage the integration of acquired organizations and lead realization of operating synergies. A great candidate can quickly gain an understanding of business requirements, assess the impacts, and effectively engage the right people at the right time.

Primary Responsibilities: ·

· For agency acquisitions, develop and manage project plans that represent the entire due diligence and agency integration effort across all disciplines

· Performs integrated revenue/expense analysis; financial forecasting and modeling

· Develops projections, reports, and presents the impact of the M&A activity on the organization

· Review and implement potential software solutions to streamline the Company’s integration activities

· Ensure timelines are met, lead communication of transaction specifics to business department leaders to ensure opportunities and risks are addressed in a timely manner

· Meet with impacted departments to define the requirements, and assumptions necessary to successfully assimilate newly affiliating agencies

· Communicate in a professional manner across all levels of the organization as well as effectively lead diverse cross-functional meetings and small group discussions

· Assist in developing and redefining integration plans that incorporate prior experience and industry best practices

· Able to analyze post-integration success and make recommendations on improvement for future M&A and integration activity

· Serve as primary point of contact to newly acquired groups to assist with a successful transition

Qualifications / Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· Minimum of 5 years of practical experience where individual has successfully demonstrated a broad knowledge of process improvement, analytical methodologies, problem solving and project management

· Minimum of 5 years of experience working for or with acquisitive companies either in a corporate development or advisory role

· Prior experience in reporting and analytics is required

· Project Management experience is required

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to manage constant changes in direction and priorities

· Ability to travel up to 50%, as needed

· Financial services industry experience viewed favorably

· Demonstrated ability to be a team player, with willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule

Compensation:

· Compensation based on experience

  • o Base: $110,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)
  • o Bonus Target: 15%
