TPTS Organization:

The TPTS organization focuses on servicing the client by filing and processing their permits and taxes. Ranging from trip permits, IFTA fuel tax, fleet taxes and vehicle permits, and more

Customer Service Representative

Process and Tool

  • Process titles, licenses and permits to be issued.
  • Ensure compliance of state and federal laws relating to commercial vehicles tags and titles.
  • Learn all aspects of the business and multiple product lines
  • Open and maintain costumer accounts
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Accurately process customer requests as received under very demanding time constraints.
  • Make sure payment is received and that all appropriate discounts, special prices and / or arrangements, payment terms, and shipping details are properly applied to service requests.
  • Thoroughly understand the customer's service request by checking the invoice located in the customer's account related to: order / invoice dates, totals (USD and quantity), shipping dates, etc.
  • Provide assistance to the sales team by communicating with state and federal government agencies regarding customer issues.
  • Update customer files and account once service is provided or documents are received.
  • Process a large volume of numerical data with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the TPTS Processing Supervisor.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Required

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Sales and/or Customer Service experience needed.
  • Transportation Agency experience ( Plus)
  • Administration/Clerical experience required
