The Sales Representative is a great opportunity to leverage your skills to make an impact on our rapid growth immediately. Plus, you will be selling the customer exactly what they already want: TIRES. Our customers come to us and in this role you would be on the front lines answering inbound calls from our customers and closing the sale. The Inbound Sales Consumer Care Representative will receive commission on all sales with a baseline potential of between $9,000 - $12,000 minimum per year in addition to their salary of $17.00 per hour with overtime potential as we are open 6 days a week from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays. Commission is uncapped so don't let the minimum stop you, the sky is the limit!

You must be able to work from home and work on-site in our Trevose, PA office location. You'll need to be resourceful, persuasive, determined, competitive, and have the ability to easily connect with people from all walks of life over the phone. As a Sales Representative you will be reporting to the Sr. Call Center Manager. Your job would involve the below responsibilities: 

  • Ability to meet sales metrics and maximizing inbound sales calls by closing the sale.
  • Ability to succeed in a goal oriented selling environment.
  • Exhibits a strong focus and commitment to sales achievement and develop relationships with customers to help influence the sale. 
  • Ability to be coached and incorporate the feedback into your sales approach.
  • Proactively seeks to become a subject matter expert for all products. 
  • Proactively make outbound calls, as needed, to follow up with current and potential customer inquiries submitted via email and identify opportunities to increase tire sale revenues.


  • Automotive experience is a PLUS but not required
  • Bachelor's degree with at least two years of sales experience or equivalent work experience
  • Develop an understanding of all functions and processes, and systems. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products. 
  • Exhibit proficiency with diagnostic skills and industry/product knowledge attainment.
  • Proficient at knowledge transfer
  • Strong communication skills and time/productivity management
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills in Spanish a major PLUS
