Remote Role! Inside Sales

Come build an empire with our dynamic company. We are in real estate, but we don't hire backgrounds; we hire top performers. If you are an overachiever and can prove it, please apply! On average you can earn $70,000 a year with our sales team. If you are a go-getter, you can earn over $90,000+ in year 1 and $100,000+ in year 2. Young or old, doesn’t matter. If you have the goods, we will know it.

We are hiring 2 people: one for our residential division and one for our commercial division.

Responsibilities:

If you are great on the phone, this may be the best sales job you’ll ever have. But we want to work with people who know how to close!

How It Works:

• You will be talking to motivated homeowners / commercial real estate owners who want to sell their property. You negotiate the buying price and get a contract e-signed. We pretty much do all the rest!

• You will be dealing with Both inbound leads (we spend a lot on marketing) and you will occasionally be calling outbound

• You will work between 40-50 hours per week from your own home

Qualifications

While we are open to anyone who has what it takes to produce results and make some big money, we imagine this position is going to be filled by one of two types of people:

• A sales rep who has tons of experience closing over the phone

• An individual with a sports background who is a people person and loves working on a team
