Simon/Myers’ Mission Statement
We provide our clients with best-in-class strategic, creative thinking. Our solutions are business-focused and originate from consumer insights. As a result, they drive market differentiation for our clients, creating impact in difficult markets or finding an edge when none is apparent.
Simon/Myers, a rapidly growing brand strategy and creative agency, is expanding its digital practice and is searching for the right candidate to help manage projects that span from editorial content calendars to multi-channel advertising campaigns. This role will be a dual report into both our digital and client services teams, providing a uniquely collaborative opportunity for the right person to grow their career as both a digital expert and collaborative client partner.
Ideally, you will have at least three years of experience in advertising or marketing communications. This position requires the ability to maintain the forward-thinking vision required for executing a project – including strategic thinking and leadership from beginning to end – and a talent for overseeing all the small details that add up to creating best-in-class work that meets and exceeds our standard.
This position will start with a 60-day freelance contract, with an opportunity for the right person to become full-time based on performance and overall dedication to the role. Currently, it is also a remote position; while being located in the Chicagoland area makes it easier for us to collaborate face-to-face (in a post-pandemic world), it is not a requirement.

We combine 100% left brain research with 100% right brain creativity. We hire the dot-connectors. The corporate misfits. The underdogs hungry to devour giants. The people who live in the space between their comfort zone and perceived impossibility. Our people have an insatiable curiosity for what's new, what’s next, and what’s possible. The only two words they hate are "I can't." Our passion and skills combine to deliver transformative, end-to-end brand strategy, ideas, and creative that wins the head and woos the heart.
