TRMC Senior IEW Systems Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME)

SimIS, Inc., an innovative information technology solution Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), is currently seeking a talented, experienced professional with demonstrated experience in the noted position.

Duties: This position is for a Senior Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Intelligence and Electronic Warfare (IEW) Systems to support the Test and Evaluation Science and Technology Program (T&E/S&T). The T&E/S&T Program is the Department of Defense’s (DoD) only S&T Program that invests in technologies to enhance the capabilities of the DoD Test Ranges to test the full spectrum of military capabilities in support of DoD acquisition and experimentation.

The Senior IEW Systems Analysts/SME must:

· Maintain cognizance of joint service T&E infrastructure for the purpose of assessing IEW resources needed to successfully develop, test, and field war fighting and military operations including other than war capabilities.

· Understand and test IEW algorithms based on inputs from the acquisition and test communities, to help develop a balanced investment strategy for both acquiring new and maintaining existing T&E capability in anticipation of emerging IEW technologies.

Specific Areas of expertise include:

· Department of Defense (DoD) IEW standards

· DoD cloud

· IEW technologies (focus in USAF/aerial/space based IEW platforms)

· Understanding of DoD warfighting missions and business functions

· Working with Special Access Programs (SAP) employing IEW resources

Required Qualifications: Master’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience (required), PhD (desired) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in IEW systems, networks and platforms and integration of artificial intelligence applications to advance/accelerate IEW product/assessment production.

Qualifications include:

· Experience with the DoD, especially with either DoD S&T, DoD Acquisition, or DoD testing

· Familiarity with Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB)

· Familiarity with Central Test and Evaluation Investment Program (CTEIP)

· Familiarity with T&E Science and Technology (S&T) Program

· Experience and a depth of knowledge on aerial/spaced based IEW platforms

· Familiarity with the Systems Engineering process. Completion of the equivalent of DAU certification in Systems Engineering is desired.

· Broad knowledge of technologies relevant to one or more of T&E/S&T Test Technology Areas

· Working with Special Access Programs (SAP) employing IEW resources

· Top Secret/SCI clearance

Desired Qualifications: Experience working within the NCR region, TRMC, high level DoD and/or Service test range, S&T organizations and individuals.
