We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with management experience to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Customer Service and Admin Management Team
- Provide proactive customer relations and communications
- Administer payments and assist with billing, tracking milestones of agreements and updating internal lease tracking mechanisms.
- Provide a high-quality level of customer service to all customers – tenants, shopping center guests and investors
- Maintain facilities and office equipment in good repair and manage supply inventory
- Prepare packages, certified mail, process copy requests.
- Compile and prepare expense reports for the property General Manager and Marketing Director.
- Assist with the administration of marketing events and programs.
- Code and process property invoices in invoicing and expense software programs
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
