Administrative Assistant - Management Experience

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with management experience to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Customer Service and Admin Management Team
  • Provide proactive customer relations and communications
  • Administer payments and assist with billing, tracking milestones of agreements and updating internal lease tracking mechanisms.
  • Provide a high-quality level of customer service to all customers – tenants, shopping center guests and investors
  • Maintain facilities and office equipment in good repair and manage supply inventory
  • Prepare packages, certified mail, process copy requests.
  • Compile and prepare expense reports for the property General Manager and Marketing Director.
  • Assist with the administration of marketing events and programs.
  • Code and process property invoices in invoicing and expense software programs


  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
