This position is responsible for overseeing Customer Care and ensuring that Silk Bridal Easton delivers the highest level of customer service possible. The Customer Care Manager focuses on the day-to-day supervision of employees, including performance management, staffing needs, and employee development. This position is also responsible for directing workflow, resolving escalated customer concerns to achieve superior customer satisfaction, and facilitating customer service best practices to align with the strategic goals of Silk Bridal Easton.
REQUIREMENTS:

- At least three years customer service experience
