Job Overview:
As Product Manager focused on Sanctions Solutions, you will work cross functionally as a SME and directly with our tier I and II clients in the financial sector. This opportunity offers autonomy as you will utilize data to drive improvements to our tools, content and programs related to global sanctions. These tools will be utilized to hinder terrorism funding, protect human right and promote nonproliferation so you will have an impact above and beyond the top and bottom line.
Key Duties:
- Provide guidance and support to the business concerning global sanctions and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, including OFAC reporting, USA Patriot Act compliance, and third-party due diligence
- Summarize information from multiple sources, creatively obtain and vet data, develop and execute quantitative analyses with (potentially incomplete) data, cross-check results to identify potential inconsistencies or limitations
- Define detailed functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases- including gap and impact analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute key value creation (top and bottom line) and manage transformation initiatives
- Develop business segment strategies, research markets & competitors, articulate value propositions, and identify growth opportunities
- Research sanctioned parties to identify related parties with sanctions concerns and compiling news articles on sanctions matters globally
- Support other strategy responsibilities as needed, including strategic planning, market research, mergers and acquisitions, and competitor benchmarking
- Draft white papers and conduct webinars, customer surveys and lead customer feedback sessions
- Facilitate and support product backlog management, test cases, user stores and UAT to ensure functionality meets business requirements before each release

Location: 100% Remote
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated use of diligence tools in past projects related to investigative research, criminal and sanctions law relating to money laundering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Management and/or ACAMS Certified
- 10+ years of experience in the Sanctions Compliance with a bank or consulting firm
- Experience with ISO, Swift and XML mapping with financial messages
- Experience in first level handling of Sanctions escalations and presenting appropriate analysis
Job Remuneration:
- Salary- 80,000 - 110,000 USD
