As the Brand Sales Representative, it is your responsibility to meet with customers to provide best-in-class customer service, discover the consumer's buying process, deliver personalized product recommendations, and track the buyer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and adhere to effective direct sales and outreach methods to maximize the specified target market and drive revenue and growth

  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with honesty, professionalism, and haste

  • Utilize reports, virtual training sessions, and network opportunities to improve personal sales tactics, customer relationship-building skills, and enhance customer retention effectiveness

  • Actively manage the existing customer base to increase customer satisfaction and improve upselling opportunities

  • Remain current on marketing and sales trends affecting the industry and become a subject matter expert in the company's operations, strategies, and training techniques

  • Submit daily/monthly/quarterly metrics to leadership to further develop and support personal growth

  • Build strong working relationships across all levels within the organization and become an active participant in our company culture



  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, entrepreneurship or related field

  • At least 1-2 years of direct sales, cold-calling, or brand ambassador experience with a reputation as a closer

  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals

  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker, and self-starter

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • People expert with a resilient attitude and solution-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial and teamwork-oriented environment
