Graphic Designer/Production

Signarama-Pineville is seeking a Graphic Designer who is self-motivated, customer oriented and eager to grow with our company! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information, quoting jobs, following up on quotes and repeat orders, establishing relationships with customers, and graphic design responsibilities with an emphasis on production design.

Responsibilities and Duties: Work closely with customers to capture their ideas and create artwork and manage approvals; Handle customer inquiries and quotes; Provide information about products and pricing; Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns; Manage all in and outbound communication with customers; Collaborate with Production Team to ensure customers' product specifications and deadlines are met; Understand how to typeset, add crops and bleeds and other graphic design capabilities; Ability to build rapport with clients; Ability to prioritize and multitask; Positive attitude and professional demeanor; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred or previous Print-Shop experience; Ability to edit files in Adobe Illustrator; Flexi experience a plus. Experience operating an HP printer, Universal Laser Engraver and Graphtec Plotter is a plus, or willing to be trained.
