Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. $45,760 - $62,400 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data

On a daily basis, you will

  • Call leads based on filters and lists we have set up
  • Tag and note leads appropriately based on our follow-up procedures
  • Add tasks for follow-up reminders for both you and the assigned agents
  • When possible assign converted leads, or live transfer them to the appropriate agent
  • Set up in-home consultations and record them via calendly
  • Set up showings and buyer consultations with buyers and record them via calendly
  • Confirm all appointments
  • Suggest properties for leads
  • Refine their search based on feedback
  • In addition to this, you will be tasked with doing some outbound sales as well as expired listings, FSBOs, and other referral services. This position is very much the tip of the spear for our business and you need to represent us professionally and consistently
  • You will also be tasked with coming up with improvements and suggestions for our systems to improve efficiency

Qualifications:
  • +1 year of real estate sales experience
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
