This individual is responsible for performing a variety of front desk and clerical functions and provide high quality customer service. Perform receptionist duties, provide administrative and office support to company staff and departments. Greet guests with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor.   • Great phone answering skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Be able to multi-task

  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines

  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
