The Software and Applications Engineering Division supports enterprise application and performs software application development support, database development and administration, software quality management, and enterprise application consulting.

The selected candidate will be a crucial part of the effort to develop and implement the group's DevSecOps project. These will revolve around implementing automated testing, CI and CD pipelines, and strategies.


  • Supports software applications and systems by investigating, designing, documenting and implementing new hardware and software. Works with customers and end users to understand requirements, coordinate resources, monitor timeline, and plan, track, and execute project plan. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates work processes. Prepares concepts for information system solutions and evaluates the cost-effectiveness of these concepts.
  • You will work with a team using agile development methodologies to support existing automation as well as setting up integration and automation for new projects and development within the group. You will build, test, and maintain the infrastructure, tools, and scripts to allow for the speedy development and automated release of the software. You will be responsible to oversee and standardize DevSecOp practice and automation across the group. This is a technical role that also requires direct communications with various functional customers and technical peers.

WHAT YOU NEED (Minimum Requirements:)

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 12 years related experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Experience with utilizing and integrating CI/CD solutions with Git, GitKraken and Jira.
  • Knowledge and understanding of DevSecOps culture and principles.
  • Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), specifically Java, Kotlin, .Net.
  • Experience with authoring and consuming RESTfull web services.
  • Experience reading and writing SQL and/or PLSQL queries.
  • Experience with utilizing and integrating CI/CD solutions with Git and Jira.
  • Understanding phases of a software development lifecycles.
