We are seeking a Solutions Operations Manager to become an integral part of our Solutions Building Automation Team You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.
- Manage and improve operational practices
- Manage a team of Project Managers, Design Engineers and Technicians
- Recruit, hire and develop team to meet location staffing needs
- Allocate teams of resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Track and forecast operational revenue and additional financial performance meeting regional business budgets
- Provide daily operations oversight for inside and outside teams
- Manage policies and procedures and Siemens business practices
- Support Sale Executives on growth of Order Intake and Project costing
- Drive various corporate and Branch business initiatives
- Previous experience in Building Automation Construction Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Building Automation- HVAC, Fire, Security, Lighting control systems
- Strong project management skills
- Strong team building skills
- Strong internal and external customer relationship building skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
