Personal Office & Household Assistant

Part Time Remote and Part Time Office Based

Petaluma, Sonoma County, North Bay, San Francisco

  • Total of 250 staff

 

Responsibilities

Home Moving App Business

  • Coordinating cofounders calendars and activities with the executive team

  • Facilitating tasks that need to be executed by either Alex or Daniela e.g. printing and signing of documents organizing notary services etc.

 

Catamaran Chartering & Travelling

  • Communicating with the management company

  • Providing status updates to Alex and Daniela

  • Troubleshooting e.g. is the satellite phone working etc.

  • Organizing everything that needs to be done prior to cofounders travelling/spending time on the catamaran e.g. shopping lists, departure and return dates, visas if necessary, transport etc.

 

Airbnb

  • Liaise with the property manager

  • Managing the rentals

  • Troubleshooting

 

Children & Household

  • Overseeing the children’s nanny.  Ensuring that the children are being mentally stimulated/educated

  • Coordinate with Nanny re the children’s schedules, meal preparation

  • Arranging doctor and dentist appointments

  • Scheduling school times and extracurricular activities

  • Coordinating with Daniella’s calendar as necessary

  • Ensuring that school forms are completed / signed

  • Repairing shopping lists and ordering groceries

  • Performing local errands

 

About You

  • You thrive within a fast-paced and demanding environment

  • You’re single with no incumbents

  • You’ll have a minimum of 8 years similar experience i.e. as a high powered PA working a multifaceted job

  • Excellent English

  • Organization is your middle name

  • You’re energetic,  love learning new things and are tech savvy e.g. Google Calendar, scheduling etc

  • You’re proactive with loads of initiative and ability to think on your feet

  • Strong communication and relationship skills

  • Utterly reliable and responsible with a positive can-do attitude and fun to be around

  • You’re a master multi-tasker

  • Ideally non-smoker

  • You’re used to being the go-to person, dealing with last minute requests and preempting needs

  • You’re fully flexible with respects to hours worked

  • Valid and current passport

  • Valid and current drivers license 

 

Works Days / Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 8am to 4pm or 7am to 3pm

  • Flexibility regarding work hours is essential

 

Compensation Package

  • Up to US$ 90,000 per annum

  • Full Healthcare Insurance

  • Stock Options

  • Repatriation flights 

  • US Visa processing

  • 2 weeks vacation per annum
