Our client is looking for a Program Manager to provide overall guidance and coordination of Data Migration and software development efforts in a complex environment, ensuring that the timing of development efforts is fully synchronized and ensuring the multiple technical teams are not introducing changes that negatively impact another Programs development efforts. In addition, this requirement will require overseeing and managing the teams that are performing analysis of the source code developed for the many complex systems ensuring that changes to one system or application do not have a negative effect on other systems and the merge & build plans for a complex environment. This position will be responsible for direct communications with the government officials and all other stakeholders.

He or she is responsible for the project management, strategic direction, and resource management necessary for the maintenance and ongoing development of the Database systems.

1. Provide planning and coordination of development and deployment efforts across the program offices.

2. Report any negative impacts and provide a remediation plan to the Government lead and task order COR.

Required Skills and experience include:

Ability to execute strategy and deliverables, write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, to and/or for, all levels of industry audience, clients and internal staff and management.

Successfully execute deliverables, which includes the following presentation slides, practice marketing materials, change management plans and/or project plans, workshops for various internal and external clients and audience levels, practice methodologies and tools, policies and procedures, whitepapers, other standard business communications.

Integrates all functions and activities necessary to perform the project/program to meet the customer requirements.

Plans and implements actions by the program/project team to define and implement technical baseline and meet quality requirements for project/program products and services.

Directs project team personnel, manages cost and schedule, ensures contract compliance, and serves as principal customer interface.

Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving. multiple complex and inter-related project tasks.

Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.

Understanding of designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise level systems

Understanding of design, development, and testing of functional modules in Java, J2EE technologies, C++ and design patterns, and databases

Understanding Linux and Windows environments

Understanding of using DevSecOps and Cloud technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile methodology such as Scrum

Graduate degree or equivalent experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interpret requirements and corresponding flows to develop code.

Ability to articulate technical viewpoints to team members and clients.

Must be a self-starter/self-reliant to define strategies and work collaboratively to harden/publish strategies.

Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and deliver high quality products and customer services.

Working experience in a large complex enterprise.
