We are looking for motivated, team oriented Creative Operations Managers to join our team. In this role, you will help to plan and resource project workloads. Working with internal clients, you will map out the portfolio of work, including planning project scoping, needs, and timelines. As part of the creative department, you’ll work alongside other Creative Operations Managers to partner with Creative and Art Directors to assign work. We are looking for someone who understands creative workstreams and processes and is able to help shape and streamline the process. Project work includes brand and style guidelines, campaign work, print, site, email social media, and display advertising.

How will you make an impact?
Creative intake process and documentation
Assist with creative brief review (assure that the briefs are complete and actionable)
Help revamp the creative brief form, if needed
Organize project portfolio
Work across teams internally to assess workstreams to assure they support quality work
Partner with clients, act as point of contact for new project initiation
Scope projects and timelines
Make recommendations and manage expectations
Regularly and proactively communicate on projects and processes
Correct or overhaul problem areas in process and workflows
Remove bottlenecks, help resolve issues
Monitor and push for timely approval processes
When issues arise, determine cause and make recommendations for course correction
Gather, analyze, and report data for efficiency, and cost-effective improvements
Support goals for operational efficiency and revise processes in line with business objectives
Champion process innovation and communication improvement
Work with contracts, documentation and usage rights
Your success will be because you are/have…
BA or BS degree (or equivalent educational background).
3-5 years’ experience in project management in a creative industry
Ecommerce experience or marketing / ad agency experience with a high volume of projects
Able to work with reports and data to analyze and propose improvements
Good diplomatic skills, excellent communicator
Able to drive conclusions and project progress
Experience working with project management software
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and oral
Self-motivated and driven for results
Solid understanding of how creative teams work
Highly detail oriented
Track record of delivering things on time and on budget
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have strong sense of urgency.
Working knowledge of project management software required. We are currently using Clarizen and Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience with developing comprehensive schedules and timelines for multiple projects.
Highly Proficient with MS Office.
Solid understanding of marketing creative work (such as mobile banners, emails, home pages, catalogs etc.) gets briefed, created and executed.
Domaine expertise managing mobile, digital, email creative or web site/mobile design workflow.
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and an organized approach.
Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Able to react quickly, adaptable to inevitable changes.
Works well with minimal guidance and supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills, self-described “people person”.
Discretion in handling confidential materials and issues.
