Job Description GENERAL FUNCTION: Directs and supervises receiving, inventory control, movement of equipment, and the transportation functions of the Center. Ensures that transportation comply with applicable Federal, State and local safety regulations. Ensure maintenance upkeep of all Center facilities and grounds.

Ensure the coordination of all maintenance functions. Develop the Center maintenance program including procedures for submitting facility work orders for correction of problems and procedures for maintaining an equipment inventory (including a vital equipment listing). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Degree in Building or Maintenance Technology, Vocational Education, Metal Trades, Brick Masonry, and Engineering, Business and Logistics or Material Management with three years of related work experience.

Supervisory experience is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Licenses or Certificates: n A valid Regular Driver's License required.
