We are seeking a Commercial Sales And Key Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
- Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Complete routes to client locations
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Maintain and build market share in the commercial disaster restoration preparedness field
- The capacity to exercise persistence and kindness when working with team members and clients.
- The ability to complete a route on a regular basis and the ability to get in to the decision maker.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficient with computer programs and app technology.
- 4 years sales and marketing experience required for application.
- Background in medical, building inspections, educational or facility/property management fields are a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
