• We have an overflow of clients and not enough agents to assist them with their housing needs. Our team has more appointments than agents available to meet with all of the clients
• If you or someone you know loves helping people, knows how to sell, wants to learn, and loves to take on new challenges, they may be a good fit
• No grunt prospecting. Appointments and leads supplied, as many as you can handle
• They MUST want to do the work that matters. They must also have a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves, be passionate about what they do and be a self-starter

What You Will Do and Learn: 

• Be an authority and expert in all things real estate-related in your areas, neighborhoods, counties, and state
• Provide guidance, negotiation, and expertise for home buyers and sellers to help them market and/or purchase property for the right price under the best terms
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Best Follow up techniques to reach your leads and clients
• Prepare necessary paperwork, contracts, leases, deeds, etc
• Maintain and update Showcase Realty's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform regarding your listings

Who you are:

• Licensed NC and/or SC Realtor
• If you speak Spanish or other languages, it's a plus
• Driven and aiming to build a business in Real Estate
• Customer-Centric
• Tech-savvy or at least someone who is comfortable and ready to learn and maximize the benefits of technology
