Must meet all Journeyman Competent Person 4 requirements.
Must be able to oversee a small group of people.
Must have the ability to plan, organize and prioritize well and handle problems and concerns without assistance.
Proficient with the requirements of the process and the equipment used.
Proficient with the requirements of the applicable OSHA and NAVSEA Standard Items.
Must know how to set up a job.
Quality Assurance-qualified and able to perform checkpoints with minimal supervision.
Must know and understand damage control drawings, booklet general plans and liquid load.
Must have full understanding of compensating fuel systems.
Must be able to take the lead on air testing.
Must have Competent Person Certificate.
Must pass background and drug screenings.
Must be 18 years old.
Must be a US Citizen.
