Director of Worship Arts Shiloh Bible Church Bloomsburg, PA, United States Job Title: Director of Worship Arts Denomination: Independent Bible Church Church Size: 300 +/- Job Type: Full-Time Ministry Position Shiloh Bible Church is seeking a Director of Worship Arts. Applicants should be an individual who is a team player with a passion for leading people into worship. Job Overview The candidate must be able to lead a contemporary praise team and worship service. Also, the candidate will need to work with volunteers to ensure that a second, traditional worship service continues to function well.

The candidate should be able to play guitar and/or piano/keyboard. Qualifications Required 1. Must provide a clear testimony of faith alone in Christ alone as Savior. 2. Must indicate agreement with the doctrinal position of Shiloh Bible Church. 3.

Must have a servant's heart which fosters a desire to serve God's Church through music and the arts. 4. Must have a basic knowledge and appreciation of a range of styles of church music. 5. Must be proficient in both vocal and instrumental musicianship at a level that will enable the leading of a worship team and the conducting of worship team rehearsals. 6.

Must work on growing a dedicated team of audio/visual volunteers, musicians, and vocalists. Preferred 1. A Bachelor of Arts in Worship is preferred. However, each candidate will be considered individually based on history and experience in developing and leading a contemporary worship team. 2.

Familiarity with ProPresenter and other Multimedia Ministries, including sound reinforcement, production lighting, and video production.
