This position is responsible for the analysis, creation and distribution of information via dashboard applications. Position is part of the Business Intelligence Team which is responsible for providing data discovery solutions to the company. Fundamental to Business Intelligence, this role will assist in creating the general infrastructure for most information delivery requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Research, construct, develop, and test data oriented applications.
2. Analyze users' needs and design application delivery solutions.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
As experience is gained, the incumbent will work with appreciable latitude to make judgments within general guidelines and standards, continually striving to improve efficiency and accuracy of the company's data delivery process. Work involves analysis with potential for high complexity. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Business Intelligence Architect and the Business BI Project Lead.
(Education, Experience, and Training):
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience developing reports and analyzing data
Knowledge of SQL and Relational Data Structures preferred
Knowledge of Qlikview preferred. Inclination to learn new tools and technologies preferred
Knowledge of Healthcare industry preferred
Communication (written, verbal and listening), analytical, interpretation, interpersonal, organization, comprehension, evaluation and prioritization skills.
Ability to work on multiple tasks.
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to analyze data and arrive at a logical conclusion
Ability to assess ramification of issues and prioritize tasks based on business impact
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from users.
Ability to be detail oriented
Ability to use software, hardware and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office, especially Excel.
Must be able to assist patients with mobility difficulties. Must be able to push, pull, and lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds
Extensive interactions with all customer groups, including patients, families, referring community and SHC employees.
