Job Summary

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, career minded Call Center Agent to assist our customers with their telephone orders (no selling required). The position has a set schedule, Monday through Friday, no nights and no weekends. You’ll work in an environment that is fast paced, rewarding and fun, with coworkers who are truly passionate about what they do.

Compensation: $15 – $18 per hour, plus Monthly Cash Incentives

Key Job Responsibilities include:

· Handle incoming and outgoing customer service calls (average 75 per shift) in a professional manner to exceed customer expectations

· Resolve common customer concerns

· Accurately enter customer order information into Customer Relationship Management database

· Process documentation requests for initials orders, renewals, and addendums

· Meet monthly performance expectations as assigned by Management

Experience/Qualifications/Education:

· Ability to speak, read and write in English

· Minimum 1 year customer service experience

· Ability to multi-task

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated problem solving ability

Preferred Qualifications:

· Call Center experience

· Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish
