Job Description

The Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to exhibitors to address their inquiries, issues, or concerns and provide timely solutions.


Essential Job Duties

  • Take exhibitor calls and provide quick, accurate answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, and online ordering
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  • Assist onsite Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with scanning and uploading reports into Order Entry
  • Conduct calls to specific assigned shows (Call Programs)
  • Contact exhibitors to collect unpaid balances
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Demonstrate Core Values of Caring, Commitment, Integrity, Spirit, Responsiveness, Inclusive, and Teamwork
  • Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner
  • Treat all internal and external customers with courtesy and respect, as outlined in our Blue Diamond Customer Service Program
  • At least 1 year of recent administrative or customer service experience in a high-volume business environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Advanced computer and typing skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
