A successful Inside Sales Representative or Account Manager will have:

  • An entrepreneurial mind, with a passion for innovation and growth!

  • 2-3 years of experience strategic or advanced selling small businesses and multi-unit organizations
  • Ability to analyze, develop, and maintain multiple sales relationships and opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills

Responsibilities:

  • Make 50-100 outbound calls per day to cold and warm leads
  • Have at least a dozen well-thought and well-planned conversations with prospects and customers per day
  • Manage a territory and act as a primary driver of sales retention and sales growth whenever possible
  • Nurture relationships through a consultative and empathetic approach with Customers
  • Responsible for ensuring we meet or exceed Customer expectations
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities at various stages in the Sales Cycle
  • Negotiate key strategic Customer relationships and rapport for longer-term development
  • Successfully achieve specific Quality, Revenue, and Workload metrics
