Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager, MedTec Hub to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement all MedTec operations functions for the assigned facility of SEKO MedTec Solutions;
  • Assure that the company's FDA and ISO requirements are met; ensure operations follow MedTec QMS standards;
  • Hire and direct staff to develop the necessary resources and planning to meet scheduled commitments;
  • Manage budgeting and budget execution with a focus on costs and  company ROI;
  • Interface with project associates, department managers, program managers and any other stakeholders to ensure client needs and operational capacity are balanced at all times;
  • Establishes, organizes and maintains warehouse area for shipping, receiving and staging of medical equipment per applicable policies and procedures;
  • Manages team to ensure hub activities are processed per applicable company and client SOPs;
  • Alerts and facilitates the coordination of units needing service for repairs and preventative maintenance, including providing updates to the Inventory Management System in accordance with company and client SOPs;
  • Conducting weekly/quarterly/yearly cycle counts and physical inventories;
  •  Ensure that Quality policies, procedures and regulations related to the operations are communicated and enforced; ensure employees are educated on the latest regulations, policies and processes;
  • Coordination of dock schedule with local agents and carriers;
  • Managing all MedTec employees, including training, supervision and performance management;
  • Facilitating the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and associated areas.

Qualifications:

 

  • Ability to acquire TSA certification (required);
  •       Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; ability to conduct meetings and present to groups;
  •   Leadership ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well;
  •     Ability to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness;
  •   Ability to exhibit sound and accurate judgment and make timely decisions;
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently and developing realistic action plans;
  •    Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences;
  •    Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with both customers and associates.
