CUSTOMER SERVICE -NO EXPERIENCE (PAID TRAINING)
Client: A rapidly growing and well-established brand in the US.
Dealing with customer inquiries on a face to face basis
Taking information accurately from customers and logging their order into the system
Providing customers with updates on purchases and pricing
Supporting the wider sales team in busy times
Providing first class customer service on behalf of our respected and reputable client
The successful candidate must have some customer service experience or a keen interest in beginning a career providing quality customer service to be considered for this role. Full product training will be provided in house, alongside ongoing guidance and support from mentors.
The successful candidate must also be able to comfortably commute to the location of the office.
