Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Packing House Coordinator to join our team! You will perform administrative and operational functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Packing House Coordinator
    • Daily oversight and organization of small produce packing house from June-December
    • Regular packaging inventory checks, reordering supplies as necessary
    • Scheduling staff to fill orders as needed
    • Possible travel to and from Visalia, CA to transport fruit 
  • Administrative Duties
    • Provide complete support to management 
    • Customer invoice creation and submission using Quickbooks
    • Clerical Duties (Quickbooks) 
      • posting accounts receivable checks to the appropriate customers
      • Collecting outstanding balances from accounts
      • Collecting invoices and facilitating bill pay
      • Cutting checks for accounts payable
      • Monitor time cards and arranging payroll
    • Certification Management
      • Responsible for filling in all logs and maintaining all documents required for upkeep and rental of certifications
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English-Spanish
  • Valid Drivers License 
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Comfort with managing a small team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
