The starting salary for this position is $42,000.
Our sales team currently seeks a Sales Account Executive to focus on new business account sales. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting unique value driven programs and meeting a sales quota. We provide a thorough sales training program, including product knowledge, mentorship, sales process and business development strategies.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Closing net new clients and meeting sales activity and production targets
- Developing and qualifying new clients within respective territory or vertical market to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
- Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business
- Assess customer needs, propose solutions and negotiate contracts
- Build rapport and grow strong client relationships
- Utilize account information systems (CRM) and other internal sales/accounting systems
- Understand and employ network applications as it is related to our hardware and services
Qualifications and Experience
- Associates Degree
- 1-3 years business to business sales experience preferred
- Proven success in a quota based sales role in previous employment is preferred
- Self-Motivated, Competitive, and a growth mindset strongly preferred
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
