Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team! You will help resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest company developments
  • Work with our Media Manager to create specific sales material to present to customers for ease of selling

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Plastics or Manufacturing sales experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Compensation based upon experience and qualifications including generous sales commission arrangement.

Benefits are negotiable.
