We are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team! You will help resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
- Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest company developments
- Work with our Media Manager to create specific sales material to present to customers for ease of selling
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Plastics or Manufacturing sales experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Compensation based upon experience and qualifications including generous sales commission arrangement.
