Customer Service Agent- Full Time 

**This is an in-office position located at our Company Headquarters in Midlothian, VA.**

Days/Hours Required Monday-Friday with a Rotating Saturday

Compensation: Based upon experience

Job Summary

Shades of Light is looking for a multi-talented customer service agent to join our growing team for our July class!  We have a high-volume, fast-paced customer service center and are looking for talented committed individuals that can step up to provide world-class service while maintaining excellent business acumen.
  

 Job Requirements/Expectations:

  • Provide world-class customer service
  • Self-starter with excellent out of the box thinking solutions
  • Interact with customers through calls and emails
  • Assist customers by phone placing orders, selecting products, researching and answering product questions, processing returns, and damaged/ defective product claims
  • Must have the ability to multitask being on the phone, responding to emails, and researching for customer follow-up all interchangeable as required
  • Must be a proficient typist
  • Must have a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic

 

Qualifications:

  • High school, GED, or equivalent diploma
  • Some college preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate typing skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask between emails and research in several programs, utilizing a dual monitor set up
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
