Quality and Customer Service Administrator

Sevillo Fine Foods is an award-winning specialty food manufacturer of artisan vegetables, fruits and sauces for food service. We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized individual to be our Quality and Customer Service Administrator. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the QA, sales, operations and production teams in an active office and manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

  • New customer set up including electronic and paper customer file management
  • Assist QA Manager with customer requests and administrative support
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues and product concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of Sevillo products
  • Learn and Abide by all Food Safety Policies, GMP, HACCP & Employee Guidelines

Requirements:

  • Must be highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Eagerness to work across departments and teams to best serve the customer
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 software suite
  • Possess analytical skills, recognize issues and assess productivity
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, willingness and ability to handle increasing level of responsibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with co-workers and customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP software is a plus
