POSITION TITLE: Project Engineer (entry level) (construction industry)

DEPARTMENT: Estimating & Project Management

LOCATION: Brunswick, Georgia

JOB NUMBER: 2022-1298-06

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Nationally recognized environmental remediation contractor seeks a Project Engineer. A full-time position, this long-term assignment will support the operations at the Brunswick, Georgia site. Local candidates preferred.

The daily work will include:

· Prepare quality control reports and documentation of work completed

· Quality control oversight (with project requirements)

· Support subcontractor, material procurement, and oversight

· Interpretation of drawings and specifications

· Prepare work plans

· Oversee remediation field work

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering required. This position requires a well-organized individual with good communication skills as the selected individual will interact regularly with internal project management staff, field supervision, professional services, construction subcontractors, and the client’s representatives.

SALARY/BENEFITS:

Salary commensurate with qualifications. Extensive company-provided benefit package includes medical, dental, prescription, 401k, profit sharing, and pension plan.
